Payment

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number. PayPal just tells us that you've paid and then you follow through with the instant download process. We receive your money through PayPal later.

This website is also secure - see the lock in the website address?

What Happens When I Check Out?

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No. Choose the "pay as a guest option" on PayPal to pay with your choice of credit card, debit card or other options offered by PayPal. No one at AC Needlework sees your payment information.

Why Am I Required to Complete the Billing Address Form?

We need your billing address to determine if sales tax should be applied to your order. State law requires us to charge sales tax for North Carolina customers. (See more below.)

You may want to set up an account to save your address with AC Needlework for future purchases. That option is available when you check out.

Do I Pay Sales Tax?

Only North Carolina customers will be charged sales tax. The current sales tax rates for North Carolina will be applied and added to those customers' orders before they check out.

Use Tax

If your address is outside of North Carolina, your state may require you pay a use tax on your order. It is the customer's responsiblity to determine his/her state's policy regarding use tax.

Due to the complexities of collecting and returning value added taxes to nations that require VAT on digital downloads, I can only sell my digital patterns to customers in the US and Canada at this time. I regret this situation but will continue to seek a solution for this issue. In the mean time, please take advantage of the free offerings from AC Needlework and the information in the blog posts.

Do I Pay Shipping?

NO. Our products are sold as digital files. We do not charge shipping for digital files. You will see shipping at check out but it will show as $0.00.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges?

We DO NOT offer refunds for your purchase. We DO NOT accept returns or offer exchanges. NOTE: You are purchasing a pattern packet only. You are not purchasing a kit or a finished design.

How Do I Receive My Pattern?

When your payment is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirming your payment and instructions for downloading your pattern packet. Be sure to download your pattern packet immediately because there is a limit of 5 times you can access your pattern.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to create accurate pattern descriptions. However, colors may vary due to differences in computer monitors and printers. Dimensions for finished designs are approximate.
